WELL RECEIVED Rise To The Occasion will be headlined by top-flight reggae and dancehall star Sizzla Kalonji. "When I came up with the idea for this event, I decided to name it Rise To Occasion because I want to take the party experience in St Elizabeth to a whole new level. Our first outing in 2016 was well received, and this year we've decided to take things to a higher standard by bringing Sizzla on board as the special guest act for our event," said the promoter. She also added that, "Sizzla is a top class act.
He's known for delivering high energy performances, and I'm sure he's going to going to deliver an awesome set at Rise To The Occasion." The event will also feature several popular sound systems and DJs including Venom International Sound, Red Heat, G-Sixx Sound, Jax International, Little GC, Hot Cash & Crawb and Mour Dan Sound.
